Strength and Conditioning with Movement Therapy Clinics

We run strength and conditioning sessions especially for Runners, Cyclists and Triathletes but we also tailor the sessions to those with injury or just starting back into fitness. We work on a small group basis in the S&C classes.

 

We realise that most cyclists, runners or triathletes love their sports and often do it because you don't like the gym. However, strength training is an essential part of any injury prevention and performance programme and we will put together a specific programme with you.

 

We also offer specialist Strength and Conditioning for Seniors (65+) too - please contact us for further details
