Jack is a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist and specialises in strength and conditioning, Helping clients with the management of injuries and painJack is currently undergoing his level 5 diploma in exercise & remedial therapy. 

 

Jack is currently trained to provide exercise programming to help facilitate the rehabilitation of injuries, therapeutic sports massage, taping techniques, ROCKBLADE™ IASTM techniques, joint mobilisation techniques and the ability to work 1-2-1 with clients to aid back to free movement. With this Jack specialises working with sport-related injuries, Helping the public start being more active or get back to an active lifestyle that has been put on hold. 

 

In your initial assessment you can expect; Treatment, Exercise education and performance testing.

Christo Koukoullis - Strength and Conditioning - Rehabilitation

 

Christo holds a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention and is available for 1:1 coaching as well as our group strength and conditioning classes.
