Claire Fudge

My career began after graduating form Kings College London in 2003 with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics. Since this time I have be honored to have covered many different medical specialties for different disease states and continue to practice as a registered dietitian. My particular interest lies in the digestive tract; how nutrition can influence health and help symptom management in disease. I have gathered a wealth of experience from industry, NHS, GP commissioning and teaching athletes. I followed my personal interest in sport with personal training and a post graduate certificate in sports and exercise nutrition in 2010. Optimising nutrition for health and symptom management is embedded in my day to day practice with clients.


As a competitive endurance triathlete and am passionate about how food and nutrition affect performance, metabolism, and body composition.
